The necklace is made with seed beads 15° and 15 beads per round.

Sonokos Way with drops

Today I present the next necklace following the instructions of Sonoko Nozue. This time I used seed beads 8° and drops 3,4 mm.

Sonoko's way

In the Bead & Button Magazine from February 2014 explaint Sonoko Nozue her way of bead croching. Now I tried it myself.
I do not know, if I have read the pattern correctly. But I like the result.

I used 3mm pearls and facetted beads of the same size.

Minions

Last Wednesday my grandchildren finally got there christmas presents. Now I can show you the both Minions I crocheted.

This is Stuart, who lives now with our grandson Nicolás.
Bob stays with Valerie.

Both are crocheted with seed beads 15° and 42 beads per round.

Verona

Because I like the side parts of the "Firenze" by Yvonne King very much, I brought them into the center. The result is the necklace "Verona".

I used pearls from 8 to 12 mm. It is a necklace for every day, but it is also prepared for the evening.

Firenze Necklace

This necklace was not the first on my to-do-list, but then a friend persuaded me to make it. Now I am happy that I did. It is suitable for daily use.

Secret Garden Bracelet

The "Secret Garden Bracelet" by Penny Dixon published in  Beadwork Magazine February 2015 is an ambitious, complex beading-pattern, which I enjoyed very much.  
The specifications for the materials are correct. The drawings and explanations are significant.

Unfortunately I only could wear it  twice, then the subbase separated from the upper part because the thread broke. I will use a double thread when I repare it.
