Najuk, the sensitive

Soon I start my next trip. I will go to India, so they asked for an elephant. Here I present the prototype - Najuk:

Veronica

For a long time I have been looking for a good idea using the big pyramids. I found it here: www.LiriGal.com, the bracelet "Veronica".

It was a very relaxing beading.

Summernight-Dream

My dear friend from Germany visited me and we had plans for doing a lot of beading. Well, two weeks are not enough.
Our main-project was the necklace "Sommernachtstraum" by Perle4U.

Here you can see both necklaces. Bine wanted to take some pictures on the "famous" stones.

Here again my choice of colours. This necklace does not like having it's photograph taken.

Bangle "Valerie"

After leaving my shop alone for long time, there are now two new tutorials available.
Beside "Lola", which I may present now, I finished the pattern for a slim bangle, called "Valerie" like my granddaughter.

It is nice to combine the bangle with others.

Twist of Spring

My variation of the necklace, the pattern is from Manek-Manek, has a cool colour combination.

The petals are dancing up and down. That's why I passed twice through all again.

The chain also twists when I wear the necklace.

Coba-Bracelet

This is a try with the smaler pyramids:

The base is a band in Peyote made with Delicas.

It is very comfortable to wear.

Sunset Pendant

I made this blossom following the instructions from Jessica Massari. I needed a brooch to fix my scarf.

Unfortunately the rivoli did not fit so nice like I wanted. It is a bit inclined.

Little blossoms- african style

I also beaded without croching :-).
For this delicate necklace I used the Zulu-Technique.

Roses

Today I present a long time project. I wanted a necklace with roses:

Crochet rope with 24 beads per round and seed beads 15°. The pattern are some converted cross stitch pattern.

Lola

This is my project for the croching-book from "Perlen Poesie". I proudly present: Lola

Inside is a wooden ball of 30mm.

Small petals

You can also crochet with small petals.

Twisted

My next crochet-project was a try with Twisted-beads.

I used Twisted-beads in Crystal/Vitrail. Now one side of the necklace seems more silver. If you turn it, it is more golden.

Arendal

During my holidays I used the days on sea to experiment with the new bead-shapes. First I crocheted with lentils, these with only one hole. This is the result:

Amalia

I bought "Amalia", a pattern from Cordi and Jenny (http://www.fantasiabeads.de) at the last fair. The peacock was quickly made but it was missing the right frame.
Here I present "Amalia on a chain":

The crochet rope (U7) is 90 cm long and there are wooden drops inside the ends.

Pinch-Necklace

After some weeks with technical problems I am back again. I saw some beautiful necklaces made with pinch-beads in Altötting but I forgot to write down, how they were made. So I had to try it myself and that is the result:

It is simple Tubular-RAW with five elements per round, grew fast and it fits perfect around my neck.

Car-Li

Now I present my new design - a car.

It is still a bit square but the first Benz was also not so racy.

Passementerie Bangle

This beautiful bangle from Alice Coelho was the first I saw, when I picked up my new Beadwork. I had to bead it immediately.

It is a brilliant pattern for tight beader like me.

L'Entredeux

I checked again my to-do-list and found this pattern from Vyolina. It was waiting for a long time to be done.

I changed the délicas into seed beads and I am happy with the result.

Hasi

Just before Easter Fantasiabeads http://www.fantasiabeads.de/ released this new pattern.

The little fellow is very cute. I made it, when my grandson was here and he wanted it for his mum.

 

Bellissimo

The second project was this beautiful necklace. The instructions are from Heather Collin.

When I saw these purple Polaris-pearls, it was clear that I will use lila beads.
The clasp is a crochet sphere with a 10 mm wooden ball inside.

Rosella

During the last two weeks I had some lovely guests from Germany. Our first beading-project was this ring:

I like these tiny petals but the ring is too heavy for me.

Flutterby

When I go on a cruise, I need some nice jewelry . One of my favoured projects was the necklace "Flutterby" by Goodquillhunting.

I modified it a bit. Instead of the 3mm facetted beads I used 4mm and I skipped the row with the drops on the inside.

 

Fancy Frill

... is the name of this necklace by Isabella Lam, which you can find in the Bead & Button August 2013.

I want to wear it with a navy-blue shirt.
